This is really, really pretty! Do you own the rights to the images used in it, or did you get them from somewhere else? (I ask because if the images weren't 100% created by you or aren't licensed under a license that would allow us to redistribute them freely, we couldn't make them a system layout -- I was going to suggest submitting to [site community profile] dreamscapes if they're freely licensed!)

I'm glad you like it! Sadly, CLAMP owns the rights to the actual border design. I could certainly work on my own border design if you'd like to make it a system layout, though!

Yeah, I feared that would be the answer, alas. If you wanted to make your own border designs and then submit it to dreamscapes, that would be awesome!
