Layout: Paper Me [new layout layer] + 12 pre-made themes + 1 theme for custom headers (but additional font, color, and background customization is relatively simple)
Best View: 1024px wide and up
Browsers Tested: Firefox 3 & Opera 9.64 on Linux/Ubuntu
Account Levels: All (requires layer & style creation in the Advanced Customization area, but this option is now open to Basic accounts again \o/)
Views: Recent & Read; Year, Month & Day; Manage Tags page
Does Not Have: Custom comment pages
