Oh my. It looks like you achieved some things I wanted but didn't know how to do. I'm going to try it out right now, though I can't decide between green or blue.

Question: Is it possible to move tags to the top instead of having them at the bottom? And there are some things I'd like to keep closer to the original layout, so I might edit those. (Also, is it possible to have a header image for this?)

1.) For step two, where you paste in the text for the theme layer, paste this in instead:

Find this:

(Basically removing the top margin from .tag, since it no longer needs it.)

2. If you want to tweak things, go ahead, but I recoded it from scratch so it might be a little tricky. Removing the borders should be really easy, though, since I gathered them all together for a single line. Search for

border: 1px solid;

and get rid of the whole declaration.

3. No reason why not! You should be able to add one like this:

#canvas #header {
background: url(http://example.com/);
}

The text will appear on top of it by default, so you should add

padding-top: IMAGEHEIGHTpx;

to the declaration if that isn't what you want. Should work just fine!

ETA: You should also be sure to grab the other CSS *now*, because one other declaration expected .tag to be in the .footer.

Hi, first of all, thank you fr helping!

As for the tag customization, it's not quite there: tags are not inline and the userpic has pushed entry text to the right. I'm now trying the other tweaks you provided.

It looks like it's the tags that are messing things up: if you check my reading page and have a look at your entry, you will see that all tags are one below the other. I'm not sure if I grabbed the cs before or after your change?

I did, but I forgot to put ALL of my updates into the CSS, it looks like. Grab the CSS now and it should work fine.

Technically better than fine because I accidentally saved it with the margin-top tweak. Changing that back now for the default layouts, but yeah. XD

No, I mean, grab my CSS from the original source.

You need to go back to the entry and re-get the initial CSS and re-tweak it. Then it will work! It's working now on my journal.

Additionally, you could also easily have the tags be in the header, underneath the date?

I actually moved the tags after userpic, but it's still creating problems with the entry text.

In the header? I presume in the theme layer? What would I need to change?
